Vocational Risk is a Unique and Obscure Animal!
The problem in making a living today, Vocational Risk, is not merely finding employment or customers. It is fairly easy to find a job somewhere, paying enough to make ends meet. It’s also comparatively simple to attract sufficient customers to a business to make it profitable. The hazard is finding individuals with no commitment and loyalty. Today’s society does not search for a lasting and committed relationship. Sadly, that scenario applies to life in general. Scrutiny discloses, a few firms still have the “old school” approach of making sure the customer’s needs come first. These are the ones that have the established base of loyal customers which return time after time, and will even pay a premium for the product. If we look at employers, many try to hire people for the least amount possible. This results in employees taking employment in order to “make it”, but when opportunity is presented, they move is on to “bigger and better”. We all have to use practical and wise principles in work and business to grow and better ourselves. Too many times today, the “cheap labor” and “better offer” is utilized without consideration for the long haul and certainly doesn’t encourage loyalty. The prudent individual looking for the Best Job or the Best Business will do well to weigh this risk and choose sensibly.
